MeTube Terms of Service

1) Acceptance

By using metube.io and related services ("Service"), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2) Eligibility

You must be 13+ or have parental consent. If using on behalf of an organization, you confirm authority to bind it.

3) Service Description

MeTube provides AI-powered summaries, transcripts, and chat-with-video tools for publicly accessible YouTube content. Features may change, have limits, or require an account or payment.

4) Acceptable Use

Do not: violate laws or third-party rights; process private/non-public content; bypass access controls or rate limits; introduce malware; or use outputs in ways that violate YouTube’s Terms or applicable law.

5) Content & Outputs

You retain rights to content you submit ("User Content"), but grant MeTube a license to process it to operate and improve the Service. AI outputs may be inaccurate—use at your own risk.

6) Privacy

We collect and process data per our Privacy Policy. Do not submit sensitive personal data you don’t want processed.

7) Billing (if applicable)

Paid plans renew automatically unless cancelled. Fees and taxes may apply. Except as required by law, payments are non-refundable.

8) Disclaimers

The Service and outputs are provided “as is.” We disclaim warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9) Liability Limit

To the fullest extent permitted, MeTube’s total liability is capped at amounts paid in the last 12 months, or $100 if unpaid. No liability for indirect or consequential damages.

10) Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations, security risks, or non-payment. Certain provisions survive termination.

11) Third-Party Platforms

Your use of YouTube and other platforms is subject to their terms. MeTube is not responsible for third-party content or changes.

12) Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by New York law. Disputes are resolved in courts in New York County, NY. Class actions and jury trials are waived where permitted.
